Termini Imerese is a town with 30 000 inhabitants, between Palermo and Cefalu’. The town has very little tourism and is a good choice if you are looking for a personal and nice town to live in. Termini have a mixture of old and new buildings. The city center has mostly ancient houses and narrow alleys. Here you find bars, restaurants, fish and fruit markets and lots and lots of old men sitting outside playing cards all day long. The town has a small beach, but it is rocky and not to be compared to e.g. the long sandy beach of Cefalu’. The apartment here for sale is in a modern building.

The apartment is 130 m2 and very thoroughly decorated. Every detail in the apartment is tasteful and solid. The apartment has two large balconies; one with an amazing view over town and sea, and the other with view of the upper part of town and the mountains.

Directly when entering the apartment, you get into a light and beautiful lounge. The view from the large windows is town and sea as far as your eyes can see. Unfortunately the pictures cannot make justice to it; it really needs to be experienced. Beautiful decoration and exclusive illumination of the sunny, yellow color makes the room extremely pleasant. The large doors are from an old palace, as is the ornament above one of the doors. The floor is in dark wood.

Next room is the dining room, where the grapevine in the ceiling is painted in the yellow color of Sicily.

The dining room is connected with the kitchen where the grapevine is painted in the other Sicilian color, blue. Also other details in the kitchen are picking up the theme of grapevine, e.g. the specially manufactured tile in the kitchen. It is tastefully decorated in stone, tile and dark wood. The view from the kitchen is toward the mountains. Here is also an exit to one of the balconies.

The large bedroom has its balcony toward the mountains. This room is decorated quite much like the lounge.

The smaller bedroom is decorated into a children room. Here the decorator really has had a fantastic time; the room is a dream for a child to be in.

There are two bathrooms, both very nice and well-equipped. In one bathroom there is a shower and in the other a Jacuzzi.

The apartment also holds a smaller laundry. In the garage is included space for one car and one MC/scooter. In the basement is also a very large storage.
