This spacious dammuso is really amazing. Located between the church Chiesa di Cavolini di Malta and the monastery, this property was used as hide-away, with tunnels connecting them.
During the renovation closed rooms have been discovered, closed during the times. Today this old dammuso has been converted into a very tasteful and comfortable property, with a suggestive and very exclusive feel to it. The medieval character in combination with all modern amenities creates a very sophisticated atmosphere.
It is distributed over two floors, 120 sq m each. Upstairs you will find the kitchen and living room in open plan, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs an enormous cantina, where it is also possible to create another bedroom plus a bathroom.
The location is very central, in old town, Noto. One of the UNESCO world heritages, and considered the most beautiful baroque towns in Sicily.
The renovation is currently in its finishing stage.
