One step closer to paradise

Unfinished House with Fantastic Sea Views in Cangemi/Termini

Approximately a couple of miles from the historic City of Caccamo and the same distance from Termini Imerese, there is a small gathering of prestigious villas in which one of the most desirable locations in the area is becoming established. Here is now a villa with fantastic views for sale. Price: 110, 000 euros.

Independent property in its own land, of circa 85 sq metres, with good access and beautiful sea views is becoming increasingly hard to find in this stunning location, but this property offers all this and so much more. For a start the views aren’t just good – they are fantastic as the property faces down a valley which leads to uninterrupted sea views. There is an enormous outside terrace which would be ideal for outside living and there is enough space to put in a swimming pool if desired. In fact the house has approximately just over half an acre of land which is already planted out with olive trees.

The property is arranged over two floors with only the main construction having been completed. Consequently it offers the opportunity for the new owner to tailor it to his/her particular needs..

As a guide only, it is anticipated that the property would cost between Euros 30,000 to Euros 44,000 to complete, dependent of course upon choice of materials etc.

Termini Imerese
Termini Imerese is a coastal town with 30,000 inhabitants. Here you find lots of cute alleys with colourful laundry lines, card playing old men and playing children. But here is also a beautiful “belvedere” area with fashionable drink bars and night clubs with DJ’s. Last but not least – here you find almost no tourists. You will learn Italian at lightning speed. And the restaurants here have twice as good and half as expensive food as in the more tourist oriented cities.

Caccamo
This charming City is located approximately 42 km from Palermo, on the western spur of Monte San Calogero, in the San Leonardo Valley. Situated above a large lake, which in the Summer time plays host to many water sports, the town has ancient origins. The name, which is derived from ‘caccabe’ [horse-heads], may have been given by the Carthaginians who took refuge here after their defeat at Himera in 480 BC.

The most characteristic monument in Caccamo is, without any doubt, the Norman Castle, which towers majestically above a sheer-dropping rock. The Castle is solid and compact in appearance, a typical fortified building with continuous curtain walls, bastion and battlements.

Caccamo is in easy reach of the main motorway and is ideally located to visit some of the most beautiful beaches on the Island. The international holiday resort of Cefalu is a short drive away.
