Villa Achille is located in a quiet area, away from the city noise and immersed in the green Sicilian countryside. Easy to reach by car, a few km from the Termini Imerese motorway junction The property is ideal for couples or families, who will enjoy the entire apartment, services and have exclusive use of the swimming pool. Sicily’s capital city Palermo is 30 kilometers away. On the same distance is the famous tourist resort of Cefalu.

The villa has two floors and guests will use the entire upper floor, have access to all the green areas and the pool, which remains for guests exclusive use. Only a small garden area is closed and dedicated for the villa’s domestic dogs (the extremely friendly Achille and Pukka)

In addition to the spaces listed above, at the property is also a small pond used for relaxation and reading.

The owner lives in the downstairs apartment, which is completely independent from the space reserved for guests. I would like to remind guests that the pool will be open to use from the first half of June to the first half of September.

A car is needed, due to the countryside location. There is a spacious parking for cars and motorcycles.
