The main house has got an interesting architecture. The various levels of the roof and the partly very high ceiling make an impression. Also, the beautiful open fire with its stone ornaments, taken from the gate of an antique villa, is a pleasure to look at. The inner part of the very spacious living room is found under the loft floor and is used as dining area as it is located just next to the tiled kitchen. On the ground floor is also three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Utstairs, under the wooden beams, is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Some updating might be in place, but given that the architecture of the house is very intriguing, this would be quite a simple task to take on. The seismic-proof house got a new, insulated, facade just a couple of years back, giving a pleasant indoor temperature and good protection towards the salty sea-winds.

The property is located some 700 meters (less than half a mile) from Marinaro di Calabernardo, a beautiful walk along the seaside. Here you find a bar and a restaurant – perfect for an early morning walk to go pick up some breakfast cornetto’s and brioche before the others wake up.

NB: On one of the bathroom photos you see a damage in the cieling in one corner. The problem that caused to paint to fall off is already fixed. What remains is just to paint.
