In the famous ceramic town of Santo Stefano di Camastra, this new-built complex offers the best of two worlds – direct access to an unexploited beach and a short walk (5-10 minutes) to the charming town center.
In total there are 12 apartments, distributed over three floors. All apartments have a large terrace overlooking the sea, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The apartments are around 60 sqm and the terraces around 20 sqm. Also, all apartments have an indoor garage space. The elevator takes you directly from the garage to the apartment floor, making this ideal for people with physical disabilities.
Just a very short walk from the property is the train station of Santo Stefano di Camastra. Here you have trains leaving for Palermo more or less every hour, a journey of 1.5 hours.
In front of the building are the sea and a beach. The local fishermen mostly use the space in front, and here you also find small fishing boats and fishers mending their nets. In the back, you have lovely Santo Stefano di Camastra, a town well-known for its ceramics. In fact, it is rare to meet one of the somewhat less than 5.000 inhabitants that don’t work with ceramics.
The town is small but has quite a few bars, restaurants, lovely squares, and a very familiar atmosphere. It would be appropriate to call it a gem.
Santo Stefano di Camastra is located around 30 minutes drive from the famous, medieval tourist town of Cefalu on the north coast. The airport of Palermo is approximately 1.5 hours.
