The Property

The estate is constructed in the form of a ‘baglio’ – the main corp, two wings, and an internal courtyard. It has a reception, a large dining hall, a restaurant kitchen plus six apartments/guest rooms. Besides, an old stone structure on the side, with a permit for making two additional apartments. There is a building permit for a 12×6 m pool included. Also, there is a permit for converting another 40 sqm stone building to a bakery/pizzeria with an antique wood-fired pizza oven in place.

The Location

The road to the property is asphalted and brand new, which is very advantageous and rare to find for a property this secluded. Nearest towns are Collesano on 7 kilometers distance (10 minutes) and Campofelice di Roccella on 12 kilometers distance (15 minutes). In Campofelice you also find vast, sandy beaches. The famous town on Cefalu is some 25 minutes drive away. There is also a project ongoing to construct a new road down, ending by the autostrada (7 km away), which would mean that you would significantly reduce the time to get to major cities/airports of Sicily.
